Professional grooming involves close handling, specialized tools, and work near sensitive areas of the body. While every effort is made to provide calm, careful care, certain risks are inherent to the grooming process.
Services are performed with attention to safety, comfort, and professional judgment.
What This Means

Transparency supports realistic expectations and safe, responsible grooming for every animal. -
A safe grooming experience depends on accurate health information and a clean, well-managed environment. Grooming decisions are made using the information provided by the pet’s owner at the time of the appointment.
Owners are responsible for sharing medical and behavioral details that may affect grooming and for providing requested records when required. When relevant information is incomplete or not disclosed, grooming risks may increase and services may need to be modified or discontinued.
Health Information
• Disclose medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, and medications relevant to grooming

• Services may be refused, modified, or rescheduled if records are missing, expired, or if a pet shows signs of illness or contagious exposureParasites
